It means that the beater shaft rotates in one direction and the mixer in the other direction. It makes at least 59 points of contact in the bowl so that everything is thoroughly mixed.
The KitchenAid Artisan 125 has 10-speed settings, giving you the precision you need for your work. Simply set the desired speed using the speed control and sit back. Choose from speed 1 for gentle stirring, 6 for whipping, and 10 for fast frothing. You can whip cream in less than a minute(2).
