#17 Cream Cheek Brush

NARS #17 Cream Cheek Brush is the tool NARS makes for cream blush and cream bronzer. Its bristles are densely packed synthetic hair, cut at an angle, so the brush picks product up, holds it, and lays it down evenly instead of streaking. It is an artist-side tool built for control.

What it actually does

• Holds cream product properly. The dense synthetic bristles pick up and carry cream formulas, which is where loose, fluffy brushes usually fail.
• Blends out to a seamless edge. NARS positions the finish as seamless — no visible start and stop line on the cheek.
• The angle does the shaping. The slanted cut lets you follow the cheekbone and buff in the same motion, so colour sits naturally.
• Gives you control over intensity. Buff, blend and build are the three jobs here; you decide how far to take the colour.

How to use

1. Tap, don't load. Take a small amount of cream blush or bronzer onto the brush tip.
2. Place colour with the angled edge. Lay it along the cheekbone where you want the most intensity.
3. Buff in small circles. Keep working until the edge disappears into the skin.
4. Wash it regularly. Cream formulas build up in dense bristles — a gentle brush cleanser keeps the blend clean.

Questions

Can I use it with powder blush?

NARS designed it around cream cheek formulas, and that is where the dense synthetic bristles work best. Powder will apply, but it will go on more concentrated than with a looser powder brush.

Why synthetic rather than natural hair?

Synthetic bristles do not absorb cream and liquid products the way natural hair does, so more of what you pick up actually ends up on your face — and the brush is easier to wash clean.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. In-stock items arrive at the shorter end; anything we order in for you takes longer. Weekends and official holidays are not counted as working days.

How can I pay?

What if the brush arrives faulty?

Let us know within 1 day of delivery and send a photo. Returns apply to defective, damaged or expired items only, and once verified we refund to the original payment method within 15–30 days.
