COSRX Pure Fit Cica Cream Intense is the heavy end of the cica family — a thick, cushiony moisturiser built for skin that is dry, reactive and tired of being poked at. COSRX describes it as a cica cream carrying seven different centella extracts, used as the final step of a routine to calm sensitivity and hold moisture in place.

What it actually does

• Loads the formula with centella. COSRX states the cream contains 61.2% of its Pure Fit CICA-7 Complex, which pulls together seven centella-derived extracts rather than one. The brand positions this concentration as the reason it stays comfortable on very reactive skin.
• Builds a moisture-holding layer. According to COSRX, the barrier it forms comes from 1,000 ppm of Centella Asiatica Oil alongside panthenol and allantoin, keeping skin hydrated over a long stretch rather than for an hour after application.
• Targets genuinely dry skin. The brand recommends it specifically for people whose skin runs extremely dry, or for anyone during a dry season — which in Egypt usually means air-conditioned offices and winter wind.
