The INKEY List Acne Solution Trio is a three-step evening routine for active acne: a benzoyl peroxide cleanser, the brand's hyaluronic acid serum, and its newer Acne Clearing Moisturizer. What it actually does

• Cleanses with 5% benzoyl peroxide. The cleanser is formulated with glycerin and hyaluronic acid alongside the active, specifically to limit the dryness benzoyl peroxide can cause.
• Keeps moisture levels up. The Hyaluronic Acid Serum is INKEY's bestselling hydrator and is in the kit to help offset dehydration from the treatment steps.
• Treats blemishes overnight. The brand describes the Acne Clearing Moisturizer as clinically proven to fight and reduce acne blemishes overnight, built on NovoRetin™, plus sulfur at 3% and STAY-C®50.
• Pairs strong actives with support. Rather than three treatment products stacked up, you get one cleanser, one hydrator and one treatment moisturiser.
• Comes with a cautious on-ramp. INKEY's own instructions start you on one or two small areas for the first few days before anything goes full-face.

How to use

1. Patch test first. The brand advises this before introducing any new product.
2. Clean. Apply a little of the Acne Solution 5% Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser to a wet face, massage for no more than a minute or two, rinse well and pat dry.
3. Go slowly at the start. For the first three days, keep it to one or two small patches only. If that passes without discomfort, move to once daily on a three-day cycle, with a mild cleanser filling the days in between.
4. Hydrate. Then a few drops of the Hyaluronic Acid Serum.
5. Moisturise. Squeeze out a pea-sized dose of the Acne Clearing Moisturizer, warm it in your hands, then massage over face and neck. It's an overnight treatment, so it stays in the PM routine.
6. SPF the next morning. Always, after a night of using the moisturiser.

Can I use the whole trio every night from day one?

No. The cleanser is meant to be eased in — sparingly, on one or two small areas, for the first three days, then once a day every third day with a gentle cleanser in between. Build up only once your skin is comfortable.

Why is hyaluronic acid in an acne kit?

Because benzoyl peroxide and retinoids are drying. The serum is there to keep moisture levels up so the treatment steps don't leave skin dehydrated.

How long do I leave the cleanser on?

One to two minutes of massaging at most, then rinse thoroughly. It isn't a mask — leaving it longer won't help.

Can I use it in the morning?

The kit is designed as a PM routine, and the moisturiser is an overnight treatment. What you do owe your mornings is SPF.

How long does delivery take?
