Air Brow - Tinted Volumizing treatment gel

Kosas Air Brow is a tinted mousse-gel rather than a stiff wax — it adds colour and lift to brow hairs while hair-care actives sit on them all day. The point of difference is the triangular spoolie, which is shaped to catch each hair and push it upward instead of flattening the brow against the skin.

What it actually does

• Adds tint without looking drawn on. Kosas describes the pigment level as high but the effect as natural, so brows read fuller rather than filled in.
• Holds while still moving. The hold is designed to be firm yet flexible — brows stay brushed up without the crisp, crunchy feel of a strong setting gel.
• Builds volume with a mousse texture. The whipped gel coats hairs to give feathery, face-framing fullness instead of a wet, slicked-down look.
• Treats as it tints, per the brand. Kosas includes castor oil to nourish the hair for a lusher, shinier brow, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) to help revive brows, and biotinoyl tripeptide-1, which the brand says supports healthier, fuller hair.
• The spoolie does real work. The custom triangular wand is built to boost and lift individual hairs as you brush through.
• Vegan, gluten-free and cruelty-free, and formulated without sulfates (SLS and SLES), parabens, phthalates and a long list of other contested ingredients.

How to use

1. Brush straight through the brow to fluff the hairs and set the shape. For most people that is the whole routine.
2. Want more lift? Go backwards first. Start at the tail and brush toward the inner corner, then brush the brow forward as normal. Working against the grain gets more volume.
3. Layer it for the full look. Kosas suggests Brow Pop defining pencil underneath to shape and fill, then Air Brow tinted gel on top, finishing with the clear lifting gel for maximum tint, volume and hold. All three are sold separately.

Is this a brow gel or a brow treatment?

Both, by design. It styles and tints like a brow gel, and Kosas builds in hair-care actives — castor oil, panthenol and biotinoyl tripeptide-1 — that the brand says condition the hair and support overall brow health while you wear it.

Will it make my brows grow?

Kosas frames it as supporting brows in reaching their growth potential, which is a support claim, not a growth guarantee. Treat the colour and volume as the immediate benefit and the conditioning as a long-term bonus.

Do I still need a brow pencil?

Only if you have patches that need filling. Kosas' own recommendation is pencil first to shape and fill, then this gel for tint and volume — but if your brows are reasonably dense, the gel on its own is enough.

How long does delivery take?
