All About Shadow™ Primer for Eyes

Clinique All About Shadow Primer for Eyes is the base layer you put down before eyeshadow so the colour you applied in the morning is still the colour you're wearing hours later. Clinique says it holds eye colour quality in place for as long as twelve hours.

What it actually does

• Stops shadow from fading. That's the product's whole job — keeping pigment where you put it instead of letting it thin out across the lid.
• Holds for up to 12 hours. Clinique's stated wear window for eye colour applied over the primer.
• Works as a prep step, not a colour step. It goes on first and your shadow goes over it.

How to use

Sweep a thin layer over clean, bare lids before any shadow. Keep it sheer — a heavy coat is unnecessary. Let it settle for a moment, then apply your eyeshadow as usual.

How long will my eyeshadow last over it?

Clinique puts the figure at up to twelve hours of held eye colour. Real-world wear will depend on how oily your lids run and how humid the day is.

Do I use it with powder shadow, cream, or both?

It's a general eye primer, so it goes under whichever eye colour you wear. Clinique doesn't restrict it to one format.

When will it reach me?
