This 24HR liner is waterproof, sweat-proof and smudge-proof, with glide-on colors in matte and pearly finishes. Twist-up packaging and a built-in sharpener ensure a precise line every time. Safe to use on the waterline and ophthalmologist-tested for sensitive eyes.
How to use
- Line your top lash line from the center of your eyelid to the outer corner. Complete the line, starting from the inner corner and meeting at the center. As needed, twist up and sharpen with built-in sharpener.
