What it actually does

How to use

1. Sweep root to tip. Run the brush along the lower lashes in one direction.
2. For the tiniest lashes, hold the tip of the brush vertically and wiggle it through lashes one at a time for precision.
3. To remove, splash warm water — bath temperature is ideal — press gently against the lashes, and it lifts away on its own.

Can I use it on my top lashes too?

It's designed around the lower lashline, and the brush is sized for that. You can use it on short upper lashes, but a full-size wand will cover a whole upper fringe faster.

How do I take it off?

Warm water alone. Clinique's direction is to splash water at roughly bath temperature over the lashes and press lightly — the formula releases without a dedicated remover.

Will it leave marks under my eyes?

Clinique describes the formula as smudge resistant, which is the main reason a separate lower lash product exists at all.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. In-stock items arrive early in that range; items ordered in for you take longer. Working days exclude weekends and official holidays.

What payment methods do you take?

Credit card, debit card, Instapay and mobile wallets — cash on delivery isn't available.

Can I return it?

Only for items that arrive defective, damaged or expired, and only if reported within 1 day of delivery. Verified cases are refunded to the original payment method within 15–30 days.
