CALA’s instruction for this pack is 5-second intervals until it is as warm as you want. Short bursts matter here — eyelid skin is thin, so stop at comfortably warm rather than hot.

Yes. The gel is sealed in the pad, so you reheat or refreeze it rather than replacing it after each use.

When will it arrive, and how do I pay?
