How to use

Is the plumping effect physical or visual?

Clarins describes it as visibly plumping, and a good part of that is optical — hydration plus 3-D shine makes the lip read fuller. It isn't a treatment that changes lip size permanently.

Can I really wear it on my cheeks?

Yes, that's a use the brand recommends. Use a very small amount and tap it high on the cheekbone — on a glossy base it can slide, so apply it last.
