What it actually does

How to use

1. Lift the lash off the tray carefully. Start at the outer edge and wiggle it gently so the band loosens instead of tearing.
2. Measure before you glue. Hold the strip against your lash line and trim the excess so it matches your eye — it should begin and finish where your natural lashes do.
3. Apply glue thinly. Lash adhesive is sold separately. Run a thin line along the band, keeping it no wider than the band itself.
4. Wait for it to turn tacky. A few seconds. Going in while the glue is still wet is why lashes slide.
5. Place it with tweezers. Set it where your own lashes start, look down, then press the band onto the lash line at the centre first, followed by the outer edge and the inner corner.

Do I have to trim them?

Almost certainly, yes. The brand's own instruction is to trim the strip to suit your eye shape so it sits exactly between the start and end of your natural lash line. An untrimmed strip is the usual reason a corner lifts.

Why do my lashes keep sliding off?

Usually glue timing. HUDA BEAUTY's guidance is to wait a few seconds after applying a thin line of adhesive until it goes tacky, then place the strip with tweezers and press at the centre, outer edge and inner corner in that order.
