Dior Forever Skin Correct Full-Coverage Concealer

Dior Forever Skin Correct is a liquid concealer with full coverage that doesn't transfer, built to sit comfortably rather than sit heavy. Dior formulates it with floral extracts so it hydrates while it covers, and the shades are matched to the Dior Forever foundation line (sold separately).

What it actually does

• Covers in one pass. Dior says a single sweep is enough to hide redness, dark marks and blemishes, and you can layer for more without it going cakey.
• Stays put. The formula is transfer-proof, and Dior reports up to 24 hours of wear from an instrumental test on 27 subjects.
• Hydrates while it sits. Iris extract holds water in the skin, wild pansy is there for comfort and nasturtium for its revitalising reputation. Dior cites 24 hours of hydration from an instrumental test on 31 subjects.
• Softens undereye shadows. It is designed to make dark circles less noticeable rather than paint over them flatly.
• Works beyond concealing. Dior positions it as multiuse — brightening, opening the eye and contouring all use the same tube.

How to use

1. To open the eye: place it on the lid, under the arch of the brow and at the outer corner.
2. To brighten: work it into the shadowed zones — under the eyes, the hollow of the chin and along the sides of the nose.
3. To contour: take it across the forehead, down the bridge of the nose, onto the chin tip and over the tops of the cheekbones.
4. Blend the edges out, then build a second thin layer only where you still see something.

Can I use it without foundation?

Yes. Because it is a multiuse formula, plenty of people use it on its own — a touch on the undereye and over any blemishes, blended out, and nothing else.

Will it dry out my undereye?

It is built as a hydrating formula — Dior's instrumental testing put hydration at 24 hours — and the iris and pansy extracts are there for exactly that reason. Still apply your eye cream first if your undereye is very dry.

Does the shade number match my Dior foundation?

The shade range was built to correspond with the Dior Forever foundations, which are sold separately. If you know your foundation shade, start there.
