How to use

As a remover, no rinsing:

1. Take roughly a pea-sized amount onto a reusable cotton pad.
2. Work it over the skin using circular motions.
3. Swipe the pad across to lift the makeup away.

As a remover with rinsing:

1. Spread a thick layer and massage it into the skin.
2. Let it sit for ten minutes, then rinse away.

Note: the ten-minute version is the one that doubles as the mask step, so save it for nights when you have the time.

Do I have to rinse it off?

Not necessarily. The brand gives two methods — a quick pea-sized application on a cotton pad that you simply swipe away, and a thicker layer you massage in, leave for ten minutes and then rinse. Pick whichever suits the evening.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

MAKE UP FOR EVER formulated it without alcohol, colourants or fragrance and describes it as appropriate even for very sensitive skin. If your skin is reactive, it is still sensible to patch test along the jaw first.

Can I use it as a mask?

Yes — that is the second half of the 2-in-1 claim. Applied in a generous layer and left to sit, the brand says it hydrates deeply, nourishes and brings back the skin's natural glow.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. Items already in stock arrive at the shorter end of that window; anything we bring in for you takes longer. Working days exclude weekends and official holidays.

How can I pay, and what if the item arrives damaged?
