What it actually does

• Softens hard edges on the eye. Its primary purpose is blending eyeshadow out so there is no visible line where one shade stops.
• Places shadow in the crease. The brand notes you can apply colour directly into the crease with it, not only diffuse what is already there.
• Buffs anywhere on the lid. MAKEUP BY MARIO positions it as usable across the whole eye area rather than restricted to one placement.
• Doubles as a face brush. It is intended for highlighter and detail powder work — Mario's own preference is the nose bridge and the cheekbones.
• Handles any texture. Rated for all formulas, so powder, cream and liquid products are all in scope.
• Pairs with a precision brush. The brand's suggested combination is laying colour into targeted spots with the E5, then diffusing it with this one — both sold separately.

How to use

• Tap off excess product before it touches your face; a blending brush loaded too heavily deposits instead of diffusing.
• Work in small circles or windscreen-wiper motions over the edge of the shadow, not over the centre, so you keep the depth you built.
• On the face, use the very tip of the bristles for highlighter on the nose bridge and cheekbones.
• Wash it regularly with a gentle cleanser, reshape the head while damp and lay it flat to dry so water does not sit in the ferrule.

Questions

Is this an eye brush or a face brush?

Both — that is the reason for the name. The brand describes it as multi-use, covering eyeshadow blending as well as highlight and detail powder application on the face.

Does the E5 come with it?

No. The brand recommends the two together — E5 to place colour precisely, EF2 to blend it out — but each is sold on its own.

Can I use it with cream products?

Yes — it is rated for all formulas. If you alternate between cream and powder, wash it in between so the two do not turn muddy on the lid.

How long does delivery take?
