What it actually does

• Cools on contact. The chilled sensation as it melts is what gives the instant wide-awake, de-puffed look — no fridge required.
• Hydrates the under-eye. Hyaluronic acid draws in and holds water, so the skin there looks plumper rather than crepey.
• Works on dark circles over time. Refy credits Caffeyelike Vita with softening how visible puffiness, fine lines and dark shadows appear, and says the effect on circles and lines builds with continued use.
• Calms with floral water. Included to soothe the area rather than treat it.
• Travels and applies clean. The stick format means quick application anywhere, with no pot to dip into.
• Clean-formula callouts. Made without parabens, phthalates, hydroquinone, coal tar, oxybenzone, retinyl palmitate, mineral oil, triclosan, triclocarban, the sulfates SLS and SLES, plus formaldehydes and anything that releases them.

How to use

1. Cleanse first. Use it on clean skin, before your moisturiser.
2. One glide per eye. Sweep the stick once under each eye and let it melt.
3. Wait for it to absorb. Let the balm sink in fully before anything else goes on top.
4. Morning and night. Twice daily, whenever you want that quick refresh.

Questions

Does it replace my eye cream?

It can be your under-eye step — Refy describes it as a balm-essence hybrid that thoroughly moisturises. It goes after cleansing and before your face moisturiser, so there is no need to layer a second eye product underneath.

Can I put concealer over it?

Yes, but give it time. The instructions are to let the balm absorb completely before applying anything else — rushing it is what makes concealer slide or crease.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. Pieces already in stock arrive at the short end; anything we bring in for you takes longer. Working days do not include weekends or official holidays.

How can I pay?

What if mine arrives melted or broken?

Contact us within 1 day of delivery with a photo. We accept returns for defective, damaged or expired items only, and once verified the refund goes to your original payment method within 15 to 30 days.
