• Protects at SPF50+ PA++++. Beauty of Joseon had the SPF and PA values tested in laboratories in both Korea and Spain. The reported SPF figures were 52.5±5.8 in Korea and 63.1±0.6 in Spain; for UVA, PF 16.1±2.4 (P++++) in Korea and PF 19 (P++++) in Spain.
• Feels like skincare, not sunscreen. The brand's point of pride is that layering a generous amount several times still does not leave it tacky or slippery.
• Leaves no white cast. Once it has absorbed, the brand says you get a natural glow rather than a grey film.

How to use

1. Save it for last. Apply at the end of your skincare, after moisturiser and before any makeup.
2. Be generous. Spread a good amount evenly across everywhere the sun reaches — face, ears, neck, the back of the hands.
3. Top up through the day. Sun protection wears off; reapply if you are outdoors.

Why the amount matters: an SPF rating only holds if you apply enough. A thin smear gives you a fraction of the tested protection.

Does it leave a white cast?

Beauty of Joseon says no — once it absorbs you get a natural glow instead of a cast, which is typical of organic filters rather than mineral ones.

Will it pill under foundation?

Do I still need moisturiser?
