Is the tingling normal?
Yes — GlamGlow tells you to expect it, within 10 minutes or sooner. If it crosses from tingle into stinging or burning, rinse it off straight away.
How often can I use it?
The instruction is twice a week, or as desired. Given it is an intense exfoliating treatment, twice weekly is a sensible ceiling for most people.
Do I need a separate exfoliator?
Probably not on the same day. The removal step — circular massage under water — is itself the exfoliation, so stacking a scrub on top is asking for irritation.
Will it suit my skin type?
GlamGlow states the Mega Size YOUTHMUD is suitable for all skin types, for men and women. If your skin is reactive, start with a shorter wear time than the full 10 minutes.
