How to use

1. Tap the long fibres into the cream. You only need the tips loaded — cream pigment goes much further than powder.
2. Place the colour first. Set the brush down on the high point of the cheek without moving it, so you can see how much product you actually have.
3. Blend in small circles. Let the shorter fibres underneath take over and soften the edges outward.
4. Add a second pass if you want more depth, rather than loading more at the start.
5. Cleaning: cream formulas need washing out more often than powders. Work a mild brush shampoo through the bristles, rinse until clear, keep the ferrule and handle dry, reshape the head and let it dry flat.

Why double-length bristles?

They split the task. According to IT Cosmetics the longer fibres are what grab the cream off the pan, and the shorter ones are what blend it out — one head doing both halves of the job.

Can I use it with powder blush?

IT Cosmetics describes this as its cream-makeup brush, so that is where the claims sit. Powder will still move with it, but the shape and bristle design were chosen for creams and bronzers.

Does it shed?

The brand states it does not shed, and also that it does not streak the product. Washing it gently and drying it flat is the practical way to keep it that way.
