How to Use

  • Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract).
  • Apply eyeliner along lashlines as desired. Replace cap tightly.
  • For a thinner, more precise application, apply using small, short strokes.
  • For a smokey look, draw a thicker line, extending just beyond the outer corner of eyes. Smudge with eyeliner brush or cotton swab.
