How to Use
- Start with a freshly sharpened pencil for a precise line.
- For a clean look, apply from the outer corner of the eye and stroke towards the inner corner, closely along the lash line.
- Lift the top lash line gently with your fingertip and fill in gaps between the roots to tightline from outer to inner corner.
- To create a fine line, smooth #26 Push Eyeliner Brush over the tip of eyeliner and press brush into lash line. Build intensity as desired.
- Apply into the lash line and waterline for added definition, then smudge back and forth away from lashes with #25 Smudge Brush for a diffused, smoky effect.
