Is the brush included?

No. The WaveMaker brush Benefit recommends is sold on its own.

Can I apply it with my fingers?

Benefit's instructions are written around a brush. Fingers will warm the balm, but a brush gives you more control over where sheer colour lands and how far it diffuses.

Does it work over foundation?

Cream over cream generally blends well. Use a light hand on the first pass so you don't lift the base underneath, then build.

Will it melt in Egyptian summer heat?

It is a balm, so keep it out of direct sun and out of a hot car. Stored somewhere cool it keeps its texture; if it softens, let it firm up before you use it again.
