How to use

To brighten — the standard three-step routine:

1. Start with the HY-GLAM Corrector, sold separately, which neutralises hyperpigmentation and dark circles under the eye.
2. Follow with HY-GLAM Concealer (sold separately) over the under-eyes and any imperfections.
3. Finish with the Brightener on the under-eyes, the bridge of the nose, the chin and the centre of the forehead.

To correct — the brand's route for brown spots and brown circles under the eye:

1. Put the Brightener down first, directly on the brown circles and spots.
2. Then conceal the under-eyes and imperfections with HY-GLAM Concealer.

The order changes depending on your goal. Brightening last lifts the whole face; brightening first is the brand's approach for brown pigmentation.

Is this the same thing as a concealer?

No — Natasha Denona treats them as separate steps. The Concealer covers; the Brightener illuminates and corrects, and in the brand's routine it goes on after the Concealer when you are brightening.

Do I need the Corrector and Concealer as well?

They are sold separately and the brand's full routine uses all three. For the correcting routine on brown pigmentation, only the Brightener and the Concealer are called for.

Where exactly do I place it?

For brightening: under the eyes, down the bridge of the nose, on the chin and at the centre of the forehead. For correcting: directly onto brown circles and brown spots first.
