Too Faced Killer Liner is a gel pencil built for one job: a sharp, dark line that stays put. The gel core moves easily over the lid so you can draw clean or blur it out, and Too Faced rates the wear at up to 36 hours once it has set. Waterproof, transfer resistant, and it doesn't flake off through the day.
What it actually does
- Draws a precise line without dragging. The creamy gel formula slides over the lash line instead of tugging at it, which makes a thin line far easier to control.
- Gives you time to smudge. Too Faced notes the formula doesn't set instantly — that short window is what lets you turn a crisp line into a smoked-out one before it locks in.
- Holds up to long days. The brand rates wear at up to 36 hours, and describes the formula as waterproof, transfer resistant and non-flaking.
- Formula callouts. Too Faced lists it as free of parabens, and also gluten-free and cruelty-free.
How to use
- Begin at the inner corner. Sit the tip as near to the base of the lashes as you can manage.
- Draw outwards along the lashes. One continuous movement gives the cleanest edge.
- Smudge it, if you want softness. Blur the line with a brush or fingertip while it is still fresh for a smokier eye.
- For a tight line: look down into a mirror, lay colour along the waterline, and work from the inner to the outer corner so the gel fills the gaps between lashes.
Shade note from the brand: Killer Sapphire and Killer Queen are not intended for waterline application — keep those two on the outside of the lash line.
Questions
Will it survive sweat and swimming?
Too Faced describes the formula as waterproof and transfer resistant, so it is built for heat, humidity and watery eyes. For removal you'll want an oil-based or bi-phase cleanser — water alone won't shift it.
Can I use it on the waterline?
Yes for most shades — the brand's tight-lining steps are written for exactly that. The two exceptions it flags are Killer Sapphire and Killer Queen, which should not be used on the waterline.
Is it a smudgeable pencil or a set-and-forget liner?
Both, in sequence. It stays workable briefly after application so you can soften or smoke the line, then it sets down into the long-wear, waterproof finish.
When will my order reach me?
Expect 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. Pieces already on our shelves move at the fast end of that window; anything we bring in for you sits at the longer end. Working days don't count weekends or official holidays.
Which payment methods do you take?
Credit card, debit card, Instapay and mobile wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery.
What if the pencil arrives broken?
Tell us within 1 day of delivery and send a photo. We accept returns on defective, damaged or expired items only — not on change of mind. Once the issue is confirmed, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 15–30 days.
