Is it sticky like a gloss?

No — the whole premise is high shine without stickiness. It's an oil, not a traditional gloss, and the hydration is designed to last.

Does it have fragrance?

No added fragrance. Because Gisou pushed the formula to 99% natural, the oils in their Bee Garden blend can give off a subtle scent of their own.

Under or over lipstick?

Either works. Underneath, it hydrates and smooths the base; on top, it adds shine and dimension. On bare lips it stands alone as a treatment with gloss-level shine.
