What it actually does

How to use

1. Unfold and place it. Smooth the sheet evenly across a clean face so it sits flat against the skin.
2. Wait 15 to 20 minutes. No need to go longer — once a sheet starts drying out it stops doing much.
3. Take it off and tap. Lift the sheet away and press the leftover essence into the skin with your fingertips until it's absorbed.
4. Carry on as normal. Follow with moisturiser, and SPF if it's daytime.

Should I rinse my face afterwards?

No. The remaining essence is meant to stay on — pat it in gently and then layer your usual moisturiser over the top.

What are propolis and royal jelly doing here?

Can I leave it on overnight?

Stick to the stated window of 15 to 20 minutes. A sheet left on far past that dries against the skin and can start pulling moisture back out.
