3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. Shades held in stock ship at the shorter end; anything we bring in for your order takes longer. Working days exclude weekends and official holidays.

How do I pay, and what if it arrives broken?

Payment is by credit card, debit card, Instapay and mobile wallets — no cash on delivery. If the stick arrives defective, damaged or expired, report it within 1 day of delivery; once verified, we refund to your original payment method within 15–30 days. We can't accept returns for change of mind.
