It has incredible grip after it sets but still allows time to blend, layer, and define. For a soft, symmetrical line, use the brush to smudge and blend.
How to Use
Suggested Usage:
-Line: Line the eye to the outer corner, but don’t stress if it’s not perfectly symmetrical.
-Blend: Flip the pencil and use the brush to blend and soften the liner up and out a bit.
