What it actually does

• Shapes the face without shine. A matte finish is what reads as shadow; anything with sheen in it fights the effect you are trying to create.
• Sets after it blends. The cream-to-powder behaviour gives you a working window to move the product, then it stops shifting.
• Builds in layers. Fenty Beauty rates coverage as medium and buildable, so you can go soft for daytime or push it further for a defined look.
• Stays light on skin. The brand describes the formula as lightweight and blendable despite being long-wear, which is the usual trade-off with stick contours.
• No magnets any more. Fenty Beauty began removing magnets from the Match Stix range in December 2021 to reduce reliance on nonrenewable materials — the brand confirms the formula and packaging are otherwise unchanged.

How to use

1. Warm it on your hand. The brand's own artistry tip: soften the product on the back of your hand first, then tap it onto skin. It blends far more evenly that way.
2. Swipe where you want depth. Apply along the areas you want to recede, then blend with fingers or the Portable Contour & Concealer Brush.
3. Blend before it sets. Work in one section at a time — once the powder finish forms, moving it takes more effort.
4. Build if you need to. A second thin layer over blended product looks far better than one heavy pass.

How do I choose my shade?

For contour, pick a shade deeper than your foundation but not so deep that it reads as a stripe — the product is buildable, so erring slightly lighter is the safer mistake. Message us on WhatsApp with your foundation shade and we will help you narrow it down.

Does mine have magnets?

Current stock does not. Fenty Beauty started phasing magnets out of the Match Stix collections from December 2021 on environmental grounds, and states that nothing else about the formula or packaging changed.

Where does it sit in a makeup routine?

The brand treats the matte stick as the first step of their face method — the soft matte base you build the rest of the look on, before blush or glow products go on.

How long does delivery take, and how do I pay?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability — working days exclude weekends and official holidays. You can pay by credit card, debit card, Instapay or mobile wallet; cash on delivery is not offered.

Can I return it if the shade is wrong?
