How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. Pieces already in stock arrive at the short end of that window; anything we bring in for you sits at the longer end. Working days exclude weekends and official holidays.

What if a pencil arrives broken?

We accept returns on defective, damaged or expired items only, reported within 1 day of delivery. Send us a photo, and once it is verified your refund goes back to the original payment method within 15–30 days.
