What it actually does

• Holds a matte finish in heat. Fenty credits climate-adaptive technology in the formula for standing up to warmth, perspiration and oil breakthrough — relevant if you are wearing foundation through an Egyptian summer afternoon.
• Builds instead of layering thick. One pump reads as medium and customisable; two gets you to full. You decide where the coverage sits rather than committing to it everywhere.
• Blurs the look of pores. The brand's description points to a smooth, pore-diffused result with no surface shine once it sets.
• A shade range the brand reworked deliberately. Fenty says the range was refreshed after extensive consumer testing and research, and calls this its most inclusive version of the formula.
• Clean-ish checklist. No parabens, no phthalates, vegan and cruelty-free per the brand.

How to use

1. Moisturise first, especially on dry skin. Fenty suggests prepping with its Hydra Vizor SPF 30 moisturiser (sold separately).
2. Shake the bottle every time. The formula needs activating before it pumps out evenly.
3. For full coverage: one to two pumps on the back of your hand, pick it up with a dense foundation brush, dot it over the middle of the face and blend out towards the edges.
4. For lighter coverage: one pump, applied with a damp sponge where you want it, then pressed into the skin and blended outwards.
5. Pore trick from Rihanna: press the brush straight into the skin, roll it off, repeat.

Shade-matching note: let the product dry down fully before you judge the match. A matte formula shifts as it sets, so the wet swatch is not the real colour.

How much coverage will I actually get?

It is buildable across the medium-to-full range. A single pump gives you a customisable medium; one to two pumps worked in with a brush takes it to full. Start low — you can always add.

Why does my shade look different after a few minutes?

Because it is a matte formula that needs to dry down. Always wait for it to set completely before deciding whether the shade is right — that final dried colour is the one you will wear all day.

Brush or sponge?

A dense brush if you are after full coverage and a pore-blurred look; a damp sponge if you want it lighter and pressed into the skin. Both approaches are in Fenty's own instructions.

How long does delivery take?
