What it actually does

• Pairs exfoliation with replenishment. The AHA/BHA serum resurfaces overnight; the ceramide-rich cream is there to keep the routine from tipping into dryness.
• Targets smoothness, clarity and radiance — those are the three outcomes Drunk Elephant attaches to this combination.
• Designed to be mixed, not layered. The brand's position is that because its products are biocompatible with skin, the usual layering order stops mattering. Serums, treatments and moisturisers blend in the palm and absorb together.
• The one exception is sunscreen. Drunk Elephant's Umbra SPF works by sitting on the surface with its protective zinc, so that one isn't part of a mix.
• Full sizes, so it's a routine rather than a sample. This is the restock format, not a trial kit.

How to use

1. At night only. Put one pump of T.L.C. Framboos and one pump of Lala Retro into your palm.
2. Blend them with a fingertip and apply the whole thing in one pass.
3. Adjust by feel. Drunk Elephant's "smoothie" logic is that you choose what goes into each morning and evening mix based on what your skin is asking for that day — it won't always want the same thing.

Questions

Can I use the two products separately instead?

You can, but the bundle exists because the brand intends them to be combined in one evening application. Mixing is the method they recommend.

Is this a morning routine too?

The instruction here is for evening use. The exfoliating serum is a night step, which is why the pair is framed as a p.m. mix.

Why can't I apply my acid and cream in the usual order?

You could, but Drunk Elephant argues layering rules are unnecessary with their formulas since everything is highly absorbable and compatible — hence the palm-mixing approach.

Do promo codes work on bundles?

No — bundle pricing is already the set price, so discount codes aren't applied on top.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. Stocked bundles move faster; anything we have to bring in lands nearer the 21-day mark. Working days exclude weekends and official holidays.

What if one of the bottles leaks in transit?
