Questions

Is a gel enough for my skin?

For normal, combination and oilier skin, generally yes. Very dry skin tends to want a cream or lotion, and may find a gel runs out of staying power overnight.

Can I wear it in the morning as well?

The brand's own placement is the final step at night. Nothing stops you using it by day, but there's no SPF in it, so sunscreen still has to go on top.

Will it actually shrink my pores?

No — and the brand doesn't claim that. It helps pores look less noticeable. Pore size itself is largely down to genetics.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. Items already in stock arrive near the start of that range; anything ordered in for you takes longer. Working days exclude weekends and official holidays.

How can I pay, and what if there's a problem?

Credit card, debit card, Instapay and mobile wallets — no cash on delivery. If the item arrives defective, damaged or expired, tell us within 1 day of delivery and we'll refund to your original payment method within 15–30 days. Change of mind isn't covered.
