What it actually does

• Three products in one pan. The brand positions it as balm, skin tint and creamy bronzer together — which is why it earns its place in a small kit or a travel bag.
• Evens tone without covering the skin. Coverage is light and sheer, so it softens unevenness rather than masking it.
• Warms the complexion. That bronzer element is what shifts the face from flat to sunlit while the tint does the evening-out.
• Feels weightless on. MAKEUP BY MARIO describes a weightless balm that warms, tints and visibly evens tone in a single step.
• Nourishing ingredients in the formula. Vitamins A, D and E are included as antioxidants, and omega 6 fatty acid is there to lay down a protective, nourishing layer.
• Non-comedogenic and a clean free-from list. No parabens, formaldehydes or formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, SLS or SLES sulfates; synthetic fragrance stays below one percent.

How to use

1. Load the brush properly. Work the fuller side of the brand's F1 Brush (sold separately) into the balm until the bristles are evenly coated.
2. Start at the outer edges. Apply around the perimeter of the face first, where warmth naturally belongs.
3. Blend inward. Sweep toward the centre so the colour fades rather than stopping at a line.
4. Optional two-step finish. The brand's own routine layers its SoftSculpt® Transforming Skin Perfector (sold separately) on top: swirl the F2 Brush into the powder and sweep it all over to illuminate, perfect and set.

Can it replace my foundation?

If you're happy with light, sheer coverage — yes, that's exactly the point of a skin tint. If you rely on your base to cover blemishes or pigmentation, keep your foundation and use this for warmth instead.

Which of the six shades do I need?

All six are described as universal, so you're choosing depth rather than undertone. Because the coverage is sheer it is forgiving either side of a perfect match. Send us your current base shade and we'll suggest the nearest.

Will it break me out?

The formula is non-comedogenic, meaning it is formulated not to block pores. Skin is individual though, so if you're acne-prone give it a few days on a small area before wearing it all over.

Do I have to buy the brushes?

The F1 and F2 brushes the brand recommends are separate purchases, as is the Skin Perfector powder used in the two-step look. The balm itself works with any dense buffing brush you already own.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3 to 21 working days, depending on availability. Shades held in stock arrive soonest; anything ordered in for you takes longer. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
