SOS Rescue Spray

Tower 28 SOS Rescue Spray is a two-ingredient facial mist for skin that is angry rather than dry. Hypochlorous acid in a saline base is the whole formula — nothing fragranced, nothing exfoliating, nothing that asks irritated skin to tolerate another active. You spray it on, let it dry, and carry on with your routine.

What it actually does

How to use

1. Twice a day, morning and evening. It replaces a toner step rather than adding work.
2. Spray onto clean, dry skin. Tower 28 is specific here — freshly cleansed and dry gives the best result.
3. Let it dry down fully before moisturiser goes on. Sealing it in while still wet defeats the point.
4. Use it wherever skin is upset. The brand lists blemishes, sunburn, rashes, eczema, post-workout skin and post-procedure skin as the situations it is made for.

Recycling: the newer bottle is made from 100 percent post-consumer resin, so it goes in with your recycling rather than the bin.

What exactly is hypochlorous acid?

It is a molecule your own immune system generates. Tower 28 uses it topically for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial behaviour — calming the look of redness and defending against unwanted bacteria — delivered in a simple water and sodium chloride solution.

Can I use it on my body?

Yes. The brand states it is safe to use all over the body, not just the face, which is why post-workout and rash use are on their list.

Does it replace my moisturiser?

No. It is a soothing saline step, not a hydrator. Let it dry completely and then apply your usual moisturiser over it.

Should I get the spray or the serum?

The spray is the everyday, use-it-anywhere version. Tower 28's SOS Rescue Serum is the more intensive form of the same active for chronically sensitive or inflamed skin. Plenty of people layer the spray first and the serum after.

How long does delivery take?
