How to use 

  1. For a cleaner application and stronger hold, wet brush with MIST & FIX SETTING SPRAY prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.
  2. For water-proof application, wet brush with AQUA SEAL WATERPROOF LIQUID CONVERTER prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.
