How to Use
- Apply directly to the eye and blend out color with fingertips.
- Layer on cream or powder eyeshadow to intensify color.
- On light to medium skin tones, apply ADULTS ONLY or DON’T TOUCH all over the eyelid. Blend out the edge with fingertips up toward the crease to ensure a smooth transition.
