What it actually does

• Cleanses at a pH close to skin's own. Sitting at pH 5.0, it removes dirt, complexion makeup and sunscreen without the alkaline shock that leaves skin tight.
• Leaves the moisture barrier intact. LANEIGE's claim is that it clears impurities without compromising the barrier, which is the usual trade-off with a deep-cleaning wash.
• Hydrates while it washes. Blue Hyaluronic Acid is included for long-lasting hydration even in a rinse-off step.
• Soothes with allantoin. A quiet, familiar calming ingredient for skin that reacts to cleansing.
• Supports the barrier with amino acids. An amino acid complex is in the formula specifically to back up skin's barrier function.
• Brand-reported testing. In LANEIGE's instrumental test on 31 women with daily use, hydration improved immediately in all subjects and rose by 15%, 99% of dust pollution was removed, and the barrier improved after 4 weeks. In the accompanying self-assessment of 31 women, 90% agreed no residue was left and 90% agreed it did not irritate, with 93% reporting a stronger moisture barrier at 4 weeks. How to use

1. As your daily cleanser: massage one to two pumps over wet skin, then rinse well with water.
2. To take off complexion makeup: work two to three pumps into dry skin first, then add water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly.
3. Follow with hydration. Go straight into your toner or essence while skin is still slightly damp.

Does it remove sunscreen on its own?

It is formulated to take off face makeup and sunscreen. For that job, use the dry-skin method: two to three pumps massaged in before you add water, then emulsify and rinse.

Why does the low pH matter?

Healthy skin sits on the acidic side. A cleanser at pH 5.0 works closer to that level, so it can clear impurities without lifting away the natural oils that keep skin comfortable.

Can I use it twice a day?

Yes — it is positioned as a daily cleanser for normal, dry, combination and oily skin. Many people use the quick wet-skin method in the morning and the longer makeup-removal method at night.

How long does delivery take?
